At Soma Temple, we value your time and ours. To provide the best experience for all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Notice Period: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. No-shows and cancellations less than 1 hour will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service. Emergencies: We understand that emergencies happen. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Prepaid Sessions: If your appointment is part of a prepaid package or gift card, late cancellations or no-shows may result in a deduction from your balance. How to Cancel or Reschedule: Please notify us via phone, email, or our online booking platform to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
